A Brief History
Here are a few defining moments along my journey that have shaped my journey.

1998
1998 - This was the year my family got our first broadband internet connection. It was a game-changer—suddenly, one internet line could power an entire household. That moment really opened my eyes to what a connected future might look like.

2003
2003 - Curiosity got the best of me, and through some trial and error, I managed to reverse engineer access to the entire teacher-only shared drive at school. That meant full access to answer keys, editable report cards—you name it. (Yes, I reported it!)

2006
2006-2009 I joined the computer department at ⏩︎FutureShop , and that’s where things really clicked. I found a real passion for helping people find the right tech solutions for their needs. It paid off too—I consistently landed in the top 10% of performers nationwide.

2016
2016-2018 -Joining Arcane Digital as their IT Operations Lead was a big step forward for me. It gave me hands-on experience with the evolving needs of both SMBs and Fortune 500 companies. It was a crash course in scalability, complexity, and speed.

2019
2019-Present - Since then, I’ve been fully immersed in IT consulting—sometimes through my own company offering managed and professional services, and other times in full-time or fractional roles with a wide range of SMBs. No two projects are the same, and I love that.

Today
Right now, I’m working in senior IT support roles (fCTO and product development) with a strong focus on AI integration. My sweet spot is helping companies connect their processes with the right platforms. On the side, I’ve been channeling everything I’ve learned into my own creative projects. I get a lot of joy out of building blueprints that bring good ideas to life.
